US Green Card for Extraordinary Individuals

US Green Card Leading to a US Passport

Time to Permanent Residency: 0 Years ~ Time to Citizenship: 5 Years

We would be glad to help you process your application for a US Green Card if you’re a person of an extraordinary ability in the field of either sciences, arts (showbiz), education, business or athletics (sports) with sustained national or international acclaim!

US Green Card: A Green Card holder (permanent resident) is someone who has been granted authorization to live and work in the United States on a permanent basis. As proof of that status, a person is granted a permanent resident card, commonly called a “Green Card”. You can become a permanent resident by several different ways. Mostly individuals are sponsored either by a family member already settled in the USA or by your prospective employer in the United States.

The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) offers an individual two primary paths to permanent resident status (a green card). An individual who is the beneficiary of an approved immigrant petition and has an immigrant visa number immediately available may apply at a US Department of State’s consulate/embassy abroad for an immigrant visa in order to come to the United States and be admitted as a permanent resident. It is basically a two stage process for a highly qualified professional, firstly we may have to consult & involve our US based lawyers (provided you are found to be qualified enough in our initial assessment) and they may help you to file your immigration petition with the US immigration here in the United States; before applying for your immigrant visa at the US Embassy/Consulate in your home country.

The United States welcomes thousands of foreign workers in multiple occupations or employment categories every year. These include artists, researchers, information technology specialists, religious workers, investors, scientists, athletes, medical specialists and others. Apart from 226,000 per annum family based Green Cards quota, USA grants about 140,000 Employment-based Green Cards as well every year. All foreign workers must obtain permission to work legally in the United States normally called an Employment Authorization Document (EAD); except the ones who are issued a US Green Card. Each employment category for admission has different requirements as well as certain conditions attached to your stay in the United States. It is important that you adhere to the terms of your application or petition for admission and visa. Any violation may result in removal or denial of re-entry into the United States. Normally, your dependents which include your spouse and unmarried kids under the age of 21 years may also be sponsored as co-applicants (or your dependents) along with your application.

We may help you to process your application for permanent residence in the United States if you are a person of an extraordinary ability in the field of sciences, arts (showbiz), education, business or athletics (sports) with sustained national or international acclaim & who would like to pursue his/her career in the same field after moving to the United States.

With a US passport, you're able to travel to a majority of the world's countries visa free

US Citizenship through Naturalization: You may qualify for naturalization if you have been a (Green Card holder) permanent resident in the United States for at least 3 or 5 years and meet all other eligibility requirements  and most importantly with no criminal convictions. Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to a foreign citizen or national after he or she fulfills the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
